How to prepare a spaghetti squash bowl to the Mexican

 This recipe is for 4 people but adjust your amounts of beans, avocado, potatoes and others if you want to modify the portions.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pumping paste bag Moonrise
  2. 1 cup of beans
  3. 1 Pope
  4. 2 cups of cherry tomatitos
  5. 1 or 2 avocados
  6. ¼ cup coriander
  7. 1 or 2 Limónes
  8. Salt and pepper

Instructions:

1.- Prepare the sauteed potatoes. You just have to cut them into cubes and fry them in a pan for about 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat. Add water splaces occasionally so that they do not stick and so you don't need to add extra oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

2.- In a pot, add 1 lt of water and heat over medium heat for 4 minutes, however this hot enough add all the spiezes of the moonrise paste in your pot, stir and separate for 4 minutes. When your pumpkin is ready , takes the spaghetti and place it in a salad bowl.
3.- Mix with the potatoes, cherry tomatoes, coriander, and beans.

4. Rate with lemon juice, salt, pepper and serves with avocado.
