Spaghetti squash with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 broccoli cups
  • 5 Parties asparagus
  • ¼ cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • 1 Moonrise paste bag

Procedure

1. For pasta, boil 2 cups of water in another pot.

2. Once boiling the water, add the paste. Stir and separate until it is hydrated and acquire volume (approximately 4 minutes).

3. Drain excess water with a strainer.

4. Steamed the broccoli until tender, approximately 4 minutes.

5. In a pan with olive oil, cook asparagus for about 5 minutes.

6. Then add the spinach and let cook for a few minutes.

7. Add the broccoli and after a few minutes the pasta, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine and season with Kosher Salt and pepper to taste.

8. Once the cheese is melted. You can add dry Chile to taste.
