Spaghetti Squash Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup Moonrise spaghetti squash (already hydrated)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Stevia
  • baking powder
  • Vanilla

Instructions:

1. Prepare your Spaghetti Squash as indicated in the instructions.

2. Blend all your ingredients until you achieve a uniform mixture.

3. Preheat your waffle maker. Close the lid and bake the waffle until golden and crispy, 2 to 4 minutes.

4. Add your favorite toppings.
