Return Policy
Return Policy.
Our return policy has a duration of 5 days. If on day 5 it has passed from your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a reimbursement or change.
We inform you that for no reason a product can be accepted even when you have received confirmation if you meet any of the following cases:
- The product was used.
- The packaging or product boxes have non -original labels or are raped.
- You are scratched, with blows, dirty or with another form of abuse.
- The packaging or boxes are not original or are open
In the event that the product has a factory defect or that the selected product is not the cost of the return will be borne by Moonrise Foods.
The reimbursement will be made for the same payment method that was made when confirming the purchase. The refund will be made during the 3-7 business days after the reception of the returned product.
The return of products will be subject to charges for management and shipping that must be covered by the customer as long as the causes of the return are not charged with Moonrise Foods.

- Please confirm your address and payment method.
- In case it is a national delivery of the Mexican territory, the cost of freight will have to be covered by the client.
- If you require invoice of the acquired product, you will have to request it on the same day of the purchase.
- All orders must be liquidated to continue with the product delivery process.
- If you are already a registered customer or have made any purchase and you need to make an order, we ask you to communicate with any of our advisors.

Delivery policy
- The delivery of the product will be in a maximum period of 3 business days and may vary according to the delivery zone.
- If the order is delivered by means of the transport of the company, the copy of the invoice must be signed at the time of receipt of the product at the delivery address, this to confirm that the product has reached its destination.
- In the event that the place of delivery of the product is the national level of the Mexican territory, the cost of freight will have to be covered by the customer.
- The customer must verify the packaging and product at the time he receives his order to report any damage or defect due to the transfer of this.
- The order packaging must have the tape marked with Moonrise's logos. This will serve as part of the security stamp.
